XFRM Publisher, Roger Green, is a former CEO, COO, CIO and CTO. His wide-ranging experiences often involve leadership of strategic, innovative  and even transformational projects. A pioneer in web publishing, Roger first produced his blog, "Surf’s Up!"  in 1994. Ten years later Roger co-founded and was Managing Partner of Cullinane & Green, Inc. where he co-hosted the "Cullinane & Green Report" — the first podcast series dedicated to business technology. Over a million downloads of the series were served in the first two years. Later, as the Executive Editor for PSN publications Roger conducted hundreds of in-depth video interviews with leaders shaping the future of technology and business. Guests included such industry notables as Tony Scott (CIO of Microsoft), Vint Cerf (co-inventor of TCP/IP and the Internet) and Tim O’Reilly (publisher). As co-founder of Applied Transformation, Inc. and Publisher  of  XFRM, Roger is now focusing his attention and uniquely authentic interview style on the topic of Transformational Leadership.
